1. Isiah 65:17 says past troubles will not be remembered. Does this mean God will not remember our past troubles or we won't remember our past troubles? Also, I read that our memories that involve pain and sorrow will be cleansed and redeemed but not erased. Is this true? Will we remember the good things in our life on earth?
2. Our 3-year-old connection group has a question: We learned that after Cain made a wrong choice and attacked Abel, God sent him away. Then Cain went to live in the land of Nod and then had a family. We learned that Adam and Eve then had a son named Seth, and Seth had a family. We wanted to ask: if Adam and Eve were the first people God made, how were Cain and Seth able to start families?
In a special edition of Ask the Pastor, Pastor Blake addresses an article written on Pro-life legislation and Abolitionists.
